Return Policy
Tak Fai Limited offers a strict 14-day no-reason refund policy. You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging are not eligible. The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Tak Fai Limited does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping fees. Refunds cover only the item price and applicable taxes; original shipping charges are not refunded.
Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:

2. Tak Fai Limited will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by Tak Fai Limited. The buyer bears return shipping costs for damaged or defective items unless Tak Fai Limited states otherwise in writing.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions are non-returnable. Specifically, items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible. Items missing original tags or original packaging are not eligible. Items returned without a Return Authorization number are not eligible. Tak Fai Limited does not accept returns for items that have been worn beyond trying on. This policy applies to all clothing products. No specific product categories are exempt; eligibility is determined solely by the condition of the item as received by Tak Fai Limited.
Exchanges
Tak Fai Limited does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. The new order is subject to current pricing and availability.
